Vo postar aki o email que ela me mandou.. e vcs me dizem o que acham ta bom ????
We just returned from Thanksgiving dinner at Jim's sisters house in the suburbs. It was nice to see his extended family and John and Will loved the extra attention!
I know you are still thinking through questions for your au pair year but Jim and I have been talking about it and we really like you and would like to make a match with you as our au pair if you are interested as well. We do not want to rush you so if you still have some questions, please do ask those! You can also keep asking questions after you match too as we know its a lot of preparations to come to the US for a year! I forgot to mention that I know you said you prefer to stay a full 2nd year if you decide to stay longer and that would be ok with us too. Our hope is that when the boys are in school (2+ years from now) to have au pairs arrive in the summer so its an easier transition but if we have a good match with an au pair we'd love them to stay as long as possible but also understand that 1 year away from family is a long time so it can be a tough decision to stay longer. I spent one year in Germany when I was 23 and loved it but also was happy to come back to see my family.
Please let me know what you think about matching with our family. You seem like such a nice, caring person and would fit in well with our family and we promise you would love Chicago and make many new friends quickly through the other girls Mariana knows in our neighborhood. We would like our au pair to arrive to the US on Monday Feb 9th, coming to Chicago on the 12th. Mariana leaves the 19th so there is a chance for some overlap so she can introduce you to her friends and help you get settled in. I would take a day or 2 off work too to help you settle in and we'd take you shopping for a good pair of winter boots! The Florida trip we're planning is for the week of March 1st so after just a couple of weeks in Chicago you'd get nice warm weather again for a week!
We look forward to hearing from you,
Meninas.. o que acharam ??? Help meeee. rsrrs.
